The best spot in London for a quality yoga session, with wonderful staff that make you feel at home as soon as you enter. Thank you.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 7 years and have been a member of Triyoga Ealing for more than a year. It’s honestly one of the best studios I’ve ever joined. The teachers, staff, and community are all so professional, friendly, and supportive.

Even during the recent leak issue, the team handled everything so well. They quickly set up a temporary studio that was comfortable, bright, and peaceful, and kept everyone updated throughout. I really appreciate all their hard work managing the move and setting up the previous temporary space at iD. It couldn’t have been easy moving props between locations.

Now the new temporary studio feels amazing, great atmosphere, plenty of natural light, and a calm vibe. It’s clear the team truly cares about creating the best experience for students. Highly recommended!

I recently attended two yoga classes at this clean and very well-equipped yoga centre with very helpful and kind staff.

Iyengar Level 2 with Mirja Nissen

Mirja made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring poses and movements with the support of props, under Mirja's guidance. The creative use of props helped me develop balance and strength and release tension in a playful and comfortable way.

Do not be intimidated by the “Level 2” label — I have only attended some Iyengar classes myself, and I believe this class can benefit students of all levels.

Dharma Level 2 with Emi Tull

Being introduced to Emi’s classes was a dream come true.

Emi is such a kind, patient and inspiring teacher. Although this was my first Dharma yoga class, she guided me through an experience that was enjoyable, accessible and deeply nourishing. In just 90 minutes, I learnt so much and felt physically, mentally and spiritually uplifted. I left the class feeling empowered and inspired.

The uplifting energy of Emi’s teaching and her as a person has stayed with me ever since. I feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful yoga teacher and spiritual guide. Om!

This place has been my little peace, support and self care for years! It literally has held me through some difficult times. A little sanctuary. I couldn’t be more grateful to the beautiful (inside- also outside) people that work there. Alicia, Yasmin and many more that have been the kindest to me over the years. Heart felt thanks for all that you do!

I love Triyoga. It's been my yoga home for over four years. And about a year ago, when I discovered reformer pilates almost by mistake, I fell in love with that too! It was actually a nice "go with what the world sends you" story: My yoga instructor had an emergency and the class was cancelled, as I was already there the lovely receptionist suggested I try reformer that was at the same time. The rest is history!
I've been to many teachers over the years as my schedule shifts a lot so it's hard to necessarily commit to one specific class. But I've always had a wonderful time and felt nourished and cared for. The instructors of both yoga and pilates classes are super professional and very kind. A few I try to return to whenever I can are Jo, Catherine, Daniela and Imogen (yoga, mostly viniasa), Jummy, Desta and Emily (reformer pilates).
The facilities are great and super convenient (strong hot showers!!). They're always working on improving things, there's been some renovations in the past year but it's usually a small inconvenience that is worth it. Yes there's graffiti on the windows but they're working hard to solve it - as much as possible, it is Shoreditch after all!!
And lastly, the staff and management are always friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful. I feel better just from walking into the space. Couldn't recommend it more

I had an amazing yoga + gong bath here with Lucia, and a yoga breath and gong session with Pablo. Both of them are exceptional teachers.

Frequently asked questions

  • Where is Triyoga Chelsea and what are the nearest stations?

You’ll find us at 372 King’s Road, London SW3 5UZ. Nearest stations include Imperial Wharf, South Kensington, Gloucester Road, Fulham Broadway and Sloane Square (all around a 17–20 minute walk).

  • Is there parking near Triyoga Chelsea?

There are parking restrictions 8.30am–6.30pm, Monday to Saturday, but there are roads nearby with metered parking (typically 2–4 hours). We recommends trying Park Walk, Chelsea Park Gardens and Elm Park Road first. Closest parking areas near the studio:

    • Opposite the Bluebird Café (Mon–Sat 8.30–6.30, max 2 hours, £3ph)
    • The Vale (Mon–Sat 8.30–6.30, max 2 hours, £3ph)
    • Worlds End (Mon–Sat 8.30–6.30, max 2 hours, £3ph)
    • Outside Tesco on King’s Road (Mon–Sat 8.30–6.30, max 2 hours, £3ph)

Tip: Always double‑check bay signage when you arrive, as restrictions can change by street.

  • What facilities are available at the Chelsea studio?

Chelsea has three studios including a far‑infrared heated studio, two treatment rooms, and a yoga + lifestyle shop.

You’ll find changing rooms and showers, plus locker facilities for your visit. Towels are available at reception for a small fee, and body wash + hair dryers are provided.

  • Do I need to bring a mat or props?

No — mats and the equipment you need are provided at all our Triyoga centres. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • What should I wear — and what should I bring?

Wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothing that allows easy movement and stretching. Bring a water bottle, and for Hot / dynamic / Ashtanga classes it’s a good idea to bring a small towel as you may sweat more. If you forget a towel, you can rent one at reception (small fee).

  • When should I arrive, and what’s the late entry policy?

If you’ve booked online, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class so you can sign in and get settled. If a class is fully booked and you haven’t signed in 5 minutes before, your spot may be offered to the waitlist.

To protect everyone’s focus, please aim to be inside the studio before class begins. Late entry is limited — we can not allow latecomers into Hot classes (and TRE®) once the class has started, and for other classes late entry may not be permitted beyond a short window.

  • What’s the studio etiquette on arrival?

For everyone’s comfort, we asks you to remove your shoes at reception, keep voices low, and move quietly through the space. Phone calls aren’t taken in common areas, and phones should not be taken into class.

  • Does Triyoga Chelsea offer treatments?

Yes—Chelsea offers treatments alongside yoga and Pilates, so you can pair practice with recovery in one visit.
