Join a real‑time studio class from wherever you are. Perfect if your favourite class is full, you can’t get to the centre, or you simply prefer to practise at home—without missing the teaching, pacing and energy of a live studio session.
Book any class on the schedule and join live on Zoom. Some sessions are Studio livestream (taught in a triyoga studio and streamed live), and others are Online (taught live from a teacher’s home). Choose by time, style and level—either way, you’re joining a real‑time class with expert guidance and options.

What’s the difference between Livestream and Online classes?
Livestream classes are taught from triyoga studios. Online classes are taught live from our teachers’ homes. Both are hosted on Zoom.
How do I join an online class?
Book your class as usual. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link — click it around 10 minutes before class to join.
Can I keep my camera off?
Yes. You’re welcome to practise with your camera on or off — whatever feels most comfortable.
Are livestream classes recorded?
No — livestream studio classes aren’t recorded.
What do I need at home?
Just a mat and enough space to move safely. If props help, your teacher will offer simple alternatives (like cushions or a folded blanket).
I’m new — which class should I start with?
Start with classes marked Open or Level 1. You’ll be guided with clear options so you can build confidence at your own pace.
Which pass or membership do I need for online?
Choose a single online class pass, or an Online Unlimited membership if you want to practise regularly. If you attend in-studio too, studio memberships include Livestream + Online.
I didn’t receive my Zoom link — what should I do?
Check your junk/spam folder first. If you booked via the app, make sure email confirmations are switched on so we can send your Zoom link.
